Alobet Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

To open an account on Alobet, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.

Password & Account Security

Always keep your account password confidential. Alobet will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, email, or message. The account holder is fully responsible for all transactions made on their account. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a violation of the terms.

• If suspicious activity is detected on a transaction, Alobet may temporarily suspend withdrawals pending investigation.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed, a confirmation is issued automatically. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed — unless a cash-out option is available. Always review all details on your betting slip before submitting.

Odds changes

Alobet's odds may change at any time in line with market conditions. The odds at the moment a bet is submitted are the ones that apply — any subsequent movement in odds will not affect the outcome of that bet.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended during live betting, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• In certain matches, bet outcomes may be declared under specific conditions — please check the rules for each sport individually.
• If a match is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled date due to weather or any other reason, the bet will be considered void.

Technical Issues

If a bet is lost or charged twice due to a server or connectivity issue on Alobet's end, a fair resolution will be provided after investigation. Such issues must be reported to the Help Center within 24 hours.

Alobet's bonus and promotion offers are fair and transparent. The terms for each offer are displayed alongside that offer. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — the same individual or household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.
• For welcome bonuses, you are typically required to place bets at a set multiplier of your deposit amount.
• Certain games or markets may not be eligible for bonus wagering — this will be specified in the terms of each individual bonus.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically removed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Alobet. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination as well as legal action:

Alobet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

If you wish to close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account, please contact the Help Center. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available under Responsible Gaming, which locks your account for a specified period.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the account balance may not be refunded.
